Oales Social Connect runs this social media scheduling service for its clients. This page says what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

Your name, email address and profile picture when you sign in with Google. The posts, images and videos you create or upload. For each social account you connect (Facebook Pages, Instagram, YouTube, Threads, and others you choose), an access token and the account's name and id, and the statistics those platforms report back, such as followers, likes and comments.

How we use it

Only to run the service for you: to publish and schedule your posts, show you how they perform, and, when you ask, to write or adapt captions and generate media with the AI providers we use. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

The social platforms you connect, to publish what you ask. AI providers (such as Anthropic and Google), only with the content you send them for a caption or an image. Our hosting and backup providers, to store it. No one else, unless the law requires it.

Google and YouTube data

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. YouTube is used under the YouTube Terms of Service, and you can revoke our access at any time from your Google account's security settings.

How we protect it

Access tokens and API keys are encrypted at rest. The service is only reachable over HTTPS, and only people invited to a workspace can sign in to it.

How long we keep it

For as long as your workspace exists. Disconnecting an account deletes its token straight away; deleting a post deletes it here (not on the platform it was published to).

Your choices

You can see, correct, export or delete your data. Ask us at the address below, or follow the data deletion page.
