Terms of service
Last updated: 2026-10-01
By using this service you agree to these terms.
The service
Oales Social Connect provides a tool to write, schedule and publish social media posts to accounts you connect, and to see how they perform. Access is by invitation.
Your account and content
You are responsible for what you publish and for having the rights to it, and for keeping your sign-in secure. You keep ownership of your content; you allow us to store and process it only to provide the service.
Other platforms
Publishing goes through each platform's own API and is subject to its terms and limits. We are not responsible for a platform refusing, removing or limiting a post.
AI features
Captions and media generated with AI can be inaccurate. Review them before publishing.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for spam, unlawful content, or to break any platform's rules. We may suspend access that does.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as it is, without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last three months.
Changes
We may update these terms and will say so in the app before they take effect.
